Silent Auction
S.H.A.R.E. Nelson will occasionally have more valuable items donated. Some examples are antiques, unique or rare items and even coins.
Items such as these are put into the silent auction for sale. Auction starts the first Saturday of the month and runs until the last Saturday.

How to Bid
Bidding is done at S.H.A.R.E. Nelson during regular business hours, and by placing your bid in the bidding book. This book has each item listed by number and has spaces for your bidding number and bid price. The minimum bid is $1, and there is a maximum $20 bid over the previous bid. This is done to reduce scamming and fraudulent bids.
Your bidding number is obtained by speaking to one of the courteous staff members of S.H.A.R.E. Nelson. They will take your name and phone number and give you a bidding number. There is no limit to amount of bids you can make and the bidding number is good for all Silent Auctions held at S.H.A.R.E. Nelson.
